About RunLean
RunLean started with a simple problem: I was carrying an extra 14kg and needed a way to lose it that would actually stick. Running, strength training, and intermittent fasting worked — not because of any shortcut, but because the training was structured properly and built up gradually instead of all at once.
That process is what RunLean is built on. Once the weight came off, the same approach to structured, progressive training carried into chasing faster times — working through the 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon barriers most runners get stuck at.

No fads. No gimmicks.
I put together RunLean’s plans and coaching for people in a similar position — whether that’s losing weight through running, or working toward a specific race time. Just training principles that are well-established and adapted properly to where you’re starting from.
